Huantai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as our company) legally enjoys the right to the name (the "Huantai" trade name) and the exclusive rights to use the registered trademarks such as No. 5236153, No. 10446411, No. 11145721, and No. 11226198. Therefore, no unit or individual may carry out business activities by unauthorized use of the same or similar logos as the "Huantai" brand.

Recently, our company has found that some units or individuals have carried out business activities by unauthorized use of our company's registered trademarks, trade names, honors, qualifications, etc., and sold products identical to our company's main business, misleading consumers, disrupting the market competition order, and seriously damaging the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and our company.

Based on this, our company makes the following statements:

  1. Our company has no cooperative relationship with Sichuan "Hua an tai" Technology Co., Ltd. and Li Mou. Regarding the acts of Sichuan "Hua an tai" Technology Co., Ltd. and Li Mou in stealing, imitating, and using our company's registered trademarks, enterprise names (trade names), company profiles, pictures, product videos, promotional videos, honors, qualifications, and other content for promotional purposes, our company has carried out evidence preservation and entrusted a law firm to file a lawsuit with the Chengdu Intermediate People's Court of Sichuan Province on May 11, 2024 [Case No.: (2024) Chuan 01 Min Chu 592], and will hold relevant subjects legally accountable in accordance with the law.
  2. Without our company's permission, no unit or individual may carry out business activities by unauthorized use of the same or similar logos as the "Huantai" brand. Relevant subjects should immediately stop the infringement acts or unfair competition acts; otherwise, our company will collect evidence and hold them legally accountable.
  3.
